Diritto di recesso Hai 30 giorni dalla ricezione del tuo ordine per richiedere un reso o un rimborso, senza dover fornire alcuna motivazione.

Condizioni per il reso Per essere accettato, il prodotto deve essere: • In condizioni originali, non utilizzato e non lavato • Nell'imballaggio originale • Accompagnato dalla prova d'acquisto

Come richiedere un reso Contattaci entro 30 giorni dalla ricezione all'indirizzo hola@thedignanis.com indicando il numero d'ordine e il motivo del reso. Ti risponderemo entro 2-3 giorni lavorativi con le istruzioni.

Spese di spedizione per il reso Le spese di restituzione sono a carico del cliente. Il costo di spedizione originale non viene rimborsato.

Rimborso Una volta ricevuto e verificato il prodotto, il rimborso verrà effettuato entro 5-7 giorni lavorativi tramite lo stesso metodo di pagamento utilizzato per l'acquisto.

Prodotti non rimborsabili • Prodotti personalizzati o su misura • Prodotti usati o danneggiati dal cliente • Prodotti in saldo o in offerta finale.

How to request a return Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at hola@thedignanis.com with your order number and reason for return. We will reply within 2-3 business days with instructions.

Return shipping costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. The original shipping cost is not refunded.

Refund Once the product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days using the same payment method used for the purchase.

Non-refundable items • Personalized or custom-made products • Items that have been used or damaged by the customer • Sale or final clearance it
